The Chief Diversity Officer is a C-suite executive responsible for architecting and embedding a company-wide inclusion strategy that aligns with business objectives, workforce evolution, and global market realities. This role is not programmatic; it is strategic, influential, and deeply integrated with how we hire, develop, lead, and retain talent at scale.

Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board, the CDO will shape policies, leadership behaviors, governance frameworks, and cultural systems that enable equitable opportunity and sustained organizational excellence.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy aligned with corporate growth goals.

  • Serve as a senior advisor to the CEO, Executive Committee, and Board on workforce equity, culture, and organizational health.

  • Embed inclusive leadership principles into talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

  • Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Business Unit leaders to ensure equity frameworks are scalable and globally consistent.

  • Establish metrics, dashboards, and governance models to measure progress, impact, and accountability.

  • Lead executive-level initiatives addressing representation, advancement, retention, and engagement across all levels.

  • Guide policy development related to fair employment practices, inclusive benefits, and equitable workplace standards.

  • Oversee external partnerships, thought leadership efforts, and industry benchmarking initiatives.

  • Lead internal communications that reinforce inclusive culture and shared accountability across leadership teams.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Diversity, Talent Strategy, Organizational Development, or Human Capital leadership.

  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide DEI strategy within large, complex, global organizations.

  • Experience partnering directly with C-suite executives and Boards of Directors.

  • Deep understanding of workforce analytics, change management, and organizational governance.

  • Strong background in technology, professional services, financial services, or global enterprise environments preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Law, or Human Resources strongly preferred.

  • Partner with Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs on ESG and human capital disclosures.

  • Provide insights on workforce trends, regulatory considerations, and global best practices.

  • Influence leadership succession planning to ensure diverse pipelines and future-ready talent.


Working Conditions

  • Hybrid or executive remote role with periodic travel to global offices and leadership summits.

  • High-visibility, high-impact position with direct access to the CEO and Board.

  • Operates in a dynamic, fast-growing global enterprise environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $385,000 – $455,000

  • Executive annual performance bonus
