Job Description
About the Role
The Chief Operations Strategy Officer is a critical executive role that sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy, operational execution, and large-scale transformation. This position exists to ensure that corporate strategy is not merely defined, but systematically operationalized across a complex, global organization.
As COSO, you will partner directly with the CEO, COO, CFO, and Board of Directors to translate multi-year growth strategies into executable operating models, performance systems, and transformation roadmaps. You will lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that span technology modernization, organizational design, cost optimization, geographic expansion, and scalable operating efficiency.
This is not a traditional operations role. It is a strategy-first executive position for leaders who excel at aligning vision with execution, data with decision-making, and ambition with disciplined delivery.
