As the Chief Digital Growth Officer, you will lead strategy and execution across digital innovation, growth acceleration, customer acquisition, digital experience enhancement, and revenue expansion initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader who blends creativity with commercial acumen and has a deep understanding of digital ecosystems, growth levers, and enterprise transformation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead organisation-wide digital growth strategy, aligning digital initiatives with enterprise commercial goals.

Oversee digital channel performance, customer acquisition, retention programs, and growth experimentation.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to enhance digital experiences across platforms and services.

Identify emerging digital opportunities—including AI, automation, personalisation, and new market pathways.

Build scalable frameworks for growth operations including funnel optimization, segmentation, and audience targeting.

Direct performance analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and experimentation models to evaluate growth outcomes.

Oversee cross-functional teams responsible for digital marketing, customer insights, digital experience, and growth engineering.

Guide brand strategy, positioning, and customer engagement models across all digital touchpoints.

Support global expansion efforts, new product introductions, and digital revenue diversification.

Present digital strategy updates, forecasts, and growth projections to executive stakeholders.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

12+ years of senior leadership experience in Digital Growth, Marketing, Digital Strategy, Product-Led Growth, or Data-Driven Commercial Leadership.

Deep understanding of SaaS, enterprise technology, digital ecosystems, or customer-facing digital platforms.

Proven track record in scaling digital channels, improving digital performance metrics, and delivering measurable growth outcomes.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including digital marketing, analytics, product, UX, and engineering.

Strong command of data analytics, experimentation, attribution models, growth frameworks, and digital measurement tools.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business or digital-focused degrees are advantageous.

Highly skilled in executive communication, long-term planning, and cross-functional leadership.

Working Conditions
