Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across technology, operations, product, and enterprise functions.

Build detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, communication strategies, and risk mitigation approaches.

Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Facilitate project meetings, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder alignment discussions.

Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and cost tracking through structured reporting frameworks.

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to keep timelines on track.

Ensure consistency with project governance standards and organisational methodologies.

Support change readiness activities including stakeholder communication, training coordination, and transition planning.

Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement efforts across the delivery organisation.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

8+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, or Business Operations roles.

Experience leading cross-functional projects within technology, SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise systems.

Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.

Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) preferred.

Strong communication and relationship management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $189,000 – $288,000
