The Senior Project Manager will lead medium-to-large initiatives, partner closely with technical and business teams, and help strengthen project governance across the organisation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across technology, operations, product, and enterprise functions.

  • Build detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, communication strategies, and risk mitigation approaches.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Facilitate project meetings, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder alignment discussions.

  • Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and cost tracking through structured reporting frameworks.

  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to keep timelines on track.

  • Ensure consistency with project governance standards and organisational methodologies.

  • Support change readiness activities including stakeholder communication, training coordination, and transition planning.

  • Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement efforts across the delivery organisation.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, or Business Operations roles.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects within technology, SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise systems.

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

  • Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) preferred.

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives including process improvement, governance development, and organisational readiness.

  • Strengthen alignment between business teams, engineering, and operational functions.


Working Conditions

  • Remote role within the United States with occasional travel for team sessions, workshops, or planning events.

  • Work across distributed teams and multiple time zones.

  • Fast-paced environment requiring consistent communication and structured execution.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $189,000 – $288,000
