Job Description
About the Role
At the intersection of innovation, efficiency, and strategic leadership lies our supply chain.
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across a fast-growing, technology-driven global enterprise. This role is designed for leaders who thrive in dynamic, high-visibility environments — professionals who don’t just manage processes but shape the strategic backbone of a modern supply network.
You’ll be responsible for optimizing global logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand planning. Working closely with C-suite executives, you’ll develop scalable supply strategies that balance cost, quality, and sustainability while driving resilience and innovation across every function.
This is not a maintenance role — it’s a transformation mandate. The right leader will bring a balance of analytics, foresight, and operational excellence to design supply chains that anticipate tomorrow’s challenges.

Partner with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, and Finance) to forecast demand and manage production planning.
-
Oversee supplier performance, quality metrics, and sustainability initiatives to ensure long-term supply health.
-
Implement advanced analytics and digital tools to enhance visibility, forecast accuracy, and risk mitigation.
-
Drive supply chain digitization and process automation, leveraging ERP and AI-based systems.
-
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to build organizational capability and accountability.
-
Manage global logistics partners and ensure regulatory compliance across all regions.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
-
8–12 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics management, preferably in large multinational organizations.
-
Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
-
Demonstrated success in reducing costs while improving service levels and operational efficiency.
-
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
-
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
-
Ability to lead transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Strategic Support
-
Partner with the Chief Operations Officer and VP of Supply Chain to define global strategy and ensure execution excellence.
-
Contribute to enterprise-wide transformation projects, including digital modernization and sustainability initiatives.
-
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and R&D to ensure supply chain alignment with corporate growth objectives.
-
Provide executive insights through data-driven reporting, dashboards, and risk assessments.
Working Conditions
