Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive global L&D strategy that drives leadership readiness, talent mobility, and workforce engagement.

Oversee enterprise-wide training initiatives — including leadership academies, digital learning platforms, and upskilling programs.

Partner with HR, Operations, and Technology leaders to align learning solutions with business transformation goals.

Lead the design and implementation of performance development frameworks for all levels of the organization.

Ensure learning investments deliver measurable business outcomes through data analytics and KPIs.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by integrating inclusive learning practices into all programs.

Evaluate and implement innovative learning technologies (AI, adaptive learning, microlearning, AR/VR).

Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and global learning infrastructure to ensure cost efficiency and scalability.

Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team capable of executing world-class initiatives.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field.

12+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Design, or Talent Strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in building enterprise learning strategies across multiple regions and business units.

Strong understanding of digital learning ecosystems, talent analytics, and future skills frameworks.

Demonstrated success in driving cultural transformation and measurable talent outcomes.

Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing large global teams and multi-million-dollar learning budgets.
Strategic Support

Collaborate directly with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Executive Committee to drive alignment between people strategy and business priorities.

Provide thought leadership on workforce transformation, leadership development, and skills-based organizations.

Lead strategic partnerships with top universities, external consultants, and technology vendors.

Represent the company at industry forums and panels, shaping the global conversation on L&D innovation.
