We are seeking a Director of IT Operations to lead the strategic and operational management of our global IT infrastructure and services. This leader will oversee enterprise-wide IT operations, cybersecurity frameworks, cloud migration strategies, and service delivery models to support mission-critical business functions.

As a direct partner to the Chief Information Officer, the Director of IT Operations will manage a multi-billion-dollar technology ecosystem, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient IT performance while driving innovation in automation, cloud, and digital operations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

  • Lead cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost optimization.

  • Implement IT service management (ITSM) frameworks to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Establish and maintain a global cybersecurity program aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Manage IT budgets, vendor negotiations, and partnerships with leading technology providers.

  • Drive enterprise automation initiatives, leveraging AI/ML for predictive analytics and operations monitoring.

  • Develop performance metrics (SLAs/KPIs) to measure IT operational excellence.

  • Mentor and lead global IT teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Qualifications: What We Are Looking For

  • 15+ years of IT leadership, with 7+ years in executive or senior management roles.

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IT operations in Fortune 500 or global organizations.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ITSM (ServiceNow), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

  • Background in cybersecurity governance, infrastructure modernization, and risk management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills with board-level exposure.

Strategic Support

  • Act as a key advisor to the CIO and Executive Team, ensuring IT operations align with enterprise growth.

  • Partner with business units to integrate IT into core strategies, driving digital transformation.

  • Provide insight into IT risk management, compliance, and long-term technology roadmaps.

  • Influence corporate strategy by ensuring IT operations serve as a competitive differentiator.

Working Conditions
