Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the strategic design, execution, and optimization of global logistics and distribution operations.

Develop and implement a multi-year roadmap for network modernization, automation, and digital enablement.

Oversee transportation, fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery, ensuring best-in-class service levels.

Establish performance benchmarks and use advanced analytics to measure efficiency, cost, and sustainability.

Drive transformation initiatives in supply chain visibility, IoT-based tracking, and AI-driven forecasting.

Partner with Finance and Operations to manage logistics budgets, vendor relationships, and capital investments.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.

Ensure compliance with all global logistics regulations, sustainability standards, and quality frameworks.

Collaborate with C-suite peers to support enterprise growth, new product launches, and market expansion.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

15+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in scaling large, complex logistics networks across regions or global markets.

Expertise in automation, data analytics, and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS).

Experience with sustainability initiatives, carrier negotiations, and lean logistics practices.

Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $100M.

Strategic Support

Collaborate with the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) and other C-suite leaders to shape long-term logistics strategy.

Partner with Technology and Operations to deploy digital logistics platforms and predictive analytics tools.

Lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, delivery precision, and environmental responsibility.
