Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Define and execute the company’s global technology strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and growth objectives.

Oversee all aspects of product engineering, infrastructure, data systems, and IT operations.

Champion the adoption of AI, cloud technologies, automation, and advanced analytics to drive innovation and efficiency.

Lead architecture modernization, ensuring technology scalability, resilience, and cybersecurity across platforms.

Build and mentor world-class engineering and product development teams that deliver high-impact, customer-focused innovation.

Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align technology investments with business outcomes.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.

15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 7 years in a senior or C-level role.

Proven success leading large-scale technology transformations or product engineering initiatives.

Deep knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), software engineering, data systems, and emerging technologies.

Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business strategies and executive-level insights.

Strong leadership presence, communication, and ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration.

Experience in managing global teams, vendor ecosystems, and complex technology budgets.
Strategic Support

Partner directly with the CEO and Board of Directors to shape strategic technology decisions.

Collaborate with the CFO and COO to align digital initiatives with organizational goals and operational excellence.

Provide executive oversight for cybersecurity, data governance, and risk management.

Act as the executive sponsor for digital transformation, AI enablement, and innovation-driven growth initiatives.
