About the Role

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s global technology strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and growth objectives.

  • Oversee all aspects of product engineering, infrastructure, data systems, and IT operations.

  • Champion the adoption of AI, cloud technologies, automation, and advanced analytics to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Lead architecture modernization, ensuring technology scalability, resilience, and cybersecurity across platforms.

  • Build and mentor world-class engineering and product development teams that deliver high-impact, customer-focused innovation.

  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align technology investments with business outcomes.

  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing cost efficiency, delivery timelines, and innovation pipelines.

  • Represent the company at external technology forums, conferences, and strategic partnerships as a thought leader.


Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 7 years in a senior or C-level role.

  • Proven success leading large-scale technology transformations or product engineering initiatives.

  • Deep knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), software engineering, data systems, and emerging technologies.

  • Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business strategies and executive-level insights.

  • Strong leadership presence, communication, and ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience in managing global teams, vendor ecosystems, and complex technology budgets.


Strategic Support

  • Partner directly with the CEO and Board of Directors to shape strategic technology decisions.

  • Collaborate with the CFO and COO to align digital initiatives with organizational goals and operational excellence.

  • Provide executive oversight for cybersecurity, data governance, and risk management.

  • Act as the executive sponsor for digital transformation, AI enablement, and innovation-driven growth initiatives.
